Responsibilities


  • Travel to client sites to provide technical support and maintenance services

  • Diagnose and repair equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software issues

  • Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance

  • Install and configure new equipment and software

  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory

  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
