Field Service Engineer - Peterborough Area - £35,100 per annum - Permanent

Being a Field Service Engineer means so much more than maintaining our Costa Express equipment. It is your chance to solve problems, be accountable for the equipment in your patch, and get ahead of the curve – which means you'll be:

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing faults to repair or replace the equipment that keeps customers enjoying their coffee
• Communicating issues, problems and solutions through escalation points
• Serving up smiles with first‑class customer service for our partners

• An efficiency expert ready to keep our equipment operating effectively

Training

We believe in developing and investing in talent! Our City & Guilds Assured training programme will help you reach your full potential. You will receive hands‑on training with a Field Service Engineer, then join our Technical Trainers for in‑depth learning in the Loudwater Academy, covering servicing, fault finding, and understanding technical documents. You will also complete Electrical Safety Learning and be supported by our champions in the field.

Working pattern: 37.5 hours a week, 1/4 weekends.
