• Experience in a field-based customer service engineering role, ideally in Retail, Hospitality or Leisure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with EPoS equipment maintenance and installation.
• Full UK driver’s license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, and installation of various IT hardware/EPoS systems.
• Planned and regular maintenance of on-site equipment.
• Provide support and training to customers as required.
