Role

We are recruiting a skilled Field Service Engineer to support industrial and commercial laundry equipment across Manchester and surrounding areas. This is a field-based position offering strong earning potential, excellent benefits, and a stable Monday to Friday working pattern.

Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain, and repair industrial and commercial laundry equipment
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair
  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Complete service reports and documentation
  • Participate in a 1 in 4 weekend on-call rota
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Skills & Experience Required
  • Electrical bias essential with good mechanical knowledge
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar
  • Backgrounds considered from industrial or commercial laundry, commercial equipment, or white goods / domestic appliances
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
