Field Service Engineer – Sutton (OTE 50K)

Full-time, Permanent. Company van, fuel card, training. Salary: 27,937 basic, progressing to 50,000 OTE. Hours: 40/48 per week, shifts 9am‑6pm or 11am‑8pm, Monday‑Friday plus alternate Saturdays. Location: Sutton and surrounding South London. Holidays: 29 days, rising to 31 after one year. Licence required: Full clean manual UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers across Sutton and South London.
• Installing and maintaining Verisure security systems.
• Diagnosing issues and delivering effective first‑time‑fix solutions.
• Walking customers through how to use their system confidently.
• Managing your own stock van and schedule efficiently.
• Delivering first‑class service every time.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills and a professional customer‑focused approach.
• Confidence using hand tools and ladders.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Full clean manual UK driving licence.>
• Passion for technology and learning new skills.
