  • Troubleshoot and maintain AV and VC systems (e.g. Crestron, Q‑SYS, Logitech, Shure, Poly, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Dante Controller).
  • Deliver ad hoc end‑user training to ensure systems are used effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work, including commissioning updates and service visit reports.
  • Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance visits and provide clear reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service processes and contribute ideas to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams to share insights, scope additional AV/VC work, and support ongoing service contracts.
Working with the Wider Team
  • Work closely with colleagues, providing advice and support on AV matters.
  • Use company systems diligently (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Freshdesk, Teams).
  • Liaise with the commissioning team for handovers and post‑install support.
  • Mentor junior AV engineers when required.
  • Coordinate with delivery and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of parts and equipment.
  • Support company welfare, appraisals and team‑building initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • A proactive team player with a passion for troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • A flexible approach to travel across London and occasionally further afield.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV/VC systems and willingness to keep learning.
  • Professional, courteous, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Good time management, record keeping, and attention to detail.
  • A strong sense of pride in representing the company in appearance and behaviour.
Package Includes

  • Car allowance
  • Overtime scheme
  • Pension scheme
  • Private health insurance & additional cover
  • 5 weeks holiday (including Christmas allocation, subject to management approval)
