A leading logistics company is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the South West/Bristol area. This hands-on role involves diagnosing and repairing parcel locker machines, performing maintenance, and providing technical support. Candidates should have experience in field service engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team changing how parcels move and redefining eCommerce logistics.
A hands on field‑based role to repair our parcel lockers on client's sites, task include Break‑fix, Maintenance, software configuration, quality control, and providing technical support and training to employees and subcontractors. Actively involved in developing new solutions and maintaining technical documentation.
We're looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We seek individuals with drive and natural curiosity – who want to do things differently and do them brilliantly.
This role will require occasional training and visits to our office base in Hemel Hempstead and will need to be located near or within the South West/Bristol area to be considered to cover this patch area.
Please note: working hours for this role are 8.30am – 5.30pm (40 hour working week), Monday – Friday.
