Overview

Job Description: Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic Field Sales Representative (AFH) to join our team in Weymouth on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers a base salary of £29,033 plus a potential bonus (OTE) of up to £8,000 and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities.
  • Become an expert in the soft drinks category and promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Interact with a customer mix including independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes (location-dependent).
  • Report to a local Field Sales Manager and work in support of the team to drive growth.

  • Ability to work well with others, stay active, and thrive in a hands-on role.
  • UK driving license or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60-minute commute of the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills; experience driving positive outcomes with customers through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital technologies (e.g., iPhone, iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement and technology-enhanced customer relationships.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills to ensure efficiency and manage multiple tasks.
