This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £30,616 and many compelling benefits.

Role

Field Sales Representative (AFH) reporting to a local Field Sales Manager, delivering sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will interact with typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base and build new business opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and become an expert in the soft drinks category.
  • Promote brands and solutions that align with customer business objectives.
  • Interact with a mix of customers including independent convenience stores, pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
What we're looking for

  • Team player who thrives in a hands-on role and stays active.
  • UK driving license or equivalent; eligible to work in the UK; living within a 60-minute commute from the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills; ability to drive positive outcomes with customers and secure sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital technologies (e.g., iPhone, iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement and use of technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
