Role: Field Sales Representative (AFH)

Location: Epsom

Contract Type: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £29,033 per year with compelling benefits

About Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base and create new business opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and become an expert in the soft drinks category.
  • Interact with a mix of customers including independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
  • Promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
About You / Qualifications
  • No experience? No problem! We provide full training, plus all the tools and support to get you up to speed.
  • Ability to work well with others, stay active, and thrive in a hands-on role.
  • UK driving license or equivalent; eligibility to work in the UK; living within a 60 minute commute from the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills; experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies (iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement and using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
