Overview

Just Recruitment is working with a growing business based in Sudbury. They are looking for a Field Sales Executive (Product Based) to join their long-standing team.

Due to continued business growth, this newly created role will be responsible for building and managing relationships with direct customers and distributors to drive revenue and growth. The role sits within the sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify and identify customer needs, present product features and benefits, negotiate sales terms and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospect new ones to drive revenue and growth.
  • Identify, qualify, onboard and manage key partners, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales activity and performance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in product sales.
  • Experience of qualifying and prospecting for new clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building and written skills with the ability to build rapport with customers, listen to their needs and effectively communicate product information.
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities.
  • Ability to demonstrate product features and explain benefits.
  • A solid understanding of the sales cycle and sales techniques; ability to close deals, negotiate and handle objections.
  • Effective time management with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage sales activities and meet deadlines.
Additional information

This is a site-based role, but there is an expectation that the successful candidate will spend a large part of the role out of the office with clients, prospects and business partners.
