Your focus will be generating new business, developing existing accounts, and representing the Courier brand with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly new business and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and convert prospects through cold calling (phone & on-the-road).
  • Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with key decision makers.
  • Sell our Overnight, Same day and International services to new and existing customers.
  • Strategically manage your postcode areas to maximise business opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations at board level.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced operations teams who provide daily leads and support.
What We're Looking For:
  • Results-driven and target-focused mindset.
  • Proven track record of face-to-face sales within the courier/logistics industry.
  • Demonstrated history of strong salary and commission earnings.
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • IT-literate and confident using CRM systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
