This role offers a base salary starting from £23,795 with uncapped bonuses. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, previous customer-facing experience, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. The position provides comprehensive employee benefits and career development opportunities.
We're looking for people with a great personality, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. We're an award-winning charity fundraising agency with nearly 30 years' experience, delivering fundraising and awareness campaigns for well-known UK charities such as Dogs Trust, Guide Dogs and Breast Cancer Now. Our passion for fundraising continues to grow and we raise over £40m for our charity partners each year.
Our Private Site fundraisers are employed by Charity Link on permanent contracts, full-time or part-time, and enjoy a base rate, so you know a minimum income with plenty of potential to earn more. You'll be the public face of our charity partners with a mission to interact with the public and secure regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.
Private Site fundraising takes place at a wide range of venues including shows, events, superstores and smaller stores, town centres, shopping centres and train stations. These venues are pre-booked for you by our in-house venues team to give you the best chance of securing donors during your shift. The working day varies by venue, and you should aim to be there when footfall is at its maximum; flexibility on hours, with evenings being a peak time, is expected.
