Field Sales Consultant – Your Way – Home/Field Based - Sheffield

Up to £35,000 with fantastic bonuses, company car or car allowance & home-based contract & excellent company benefits

We are expanding! Here at Brakes, we have ambitious growth plans and are launching a new initiative called ‘Your Way’ within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Field Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for winning and maximising business in your dedicated neighbourhood of just one square mile.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be responsible for the success of your local neighbourhood by:

  • Researching your target audience and opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs
  • Onboarding new customers effectively and managing existing accounts using Salesforce
  • Collaborating with your distribution partner/driver to serve your community
  • Delivering profitable volume growth and achieving targets
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to offer the best solutions to customers

We seek someone who can win new business and maximise sales with existing customers. Ideally, you’ll have a background in Field Sales or Account Management, be commercially savvy, proficient in Excel, and passionate about sales. A food industry background is a plus but not essential.
