A leading facilities management company is seeking a Field Operations Manager to drive compliance within their Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract in Nottingham. This role involves managing housing officers and maintenance operatives, ensuring high standards of accommodation and service user support. The ideal candidate has strong people management skills, a track record in property maintenance, and the ability to analyze data for reporting purposes.
We're recruiting for a Field Operations Manager to drive compliance within the designated portfolio of our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC). We focus on providing a high standard of accommodation for the service users we house through a combination of both reactive and planned maintenance, completed by our team of multi skilled maintenance operatives and approved contractors.
First and foremost, you will have proven people management skills and the ability to analyse data and produce accurate timely reports. A background in managing multi skilled maintenance operatives, delivering against key performance indicators, working to tight deadlines and within set budgets, would also be beneficial.
