Job summary

A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Medical Engineering Technician for their Medical Electronics Department. The role involves managing the maintenance and repair of medical equipment. Qualifications

• HNC (or equivalent) in electrical or electronic engineering.

• Self-motivated, well-organised, and capable of planning and executing maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Acceptance testing of new equipment and minor repairs.
• Clean and decontaminate medical equipment.
• Assist with acceptance testing and troubleshooting on respiratory equipment.
• Coordinate access with equipment users and external suppliers.
