Field Collections Agent

Start date: 16th February 2026

Location: Within a 90‑minute travel radius of your home (applicants must reside within Rhyll)

Salary: From £27,965 + £4,200 per annum car allowance + uncapped monthly bonus (our current Field team earn monthly bonuses from £200‑£400)

Earnings potential: Up to £35,765 per year (inclusive of car allowance)

Hours: Flexible, 40 hours per week (including prime hours)

No warrant work involved

About the Role

As a Field Collections Agent, you will be the friendly face of Orbit, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You will offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options.
  • Handle accounts for both regulated and non‑regulated clients, including reconnection visits.
  • Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re‑engage customers with client services.
  • Educate customers about the potential consequences of non‑payment.
  • Use an Orbit‑supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time.
Working Hours

We offer a 40‑hour work week with a supportive approach to work‑life balance. Your visits will be scheduled across the following operating window: Monday‑Friday visiting between 8 am‑8 pm and Saturday 9 am‑1 pm. Of your 40 hours, 10 must be worked during prime hours (4 pm‑8 pm Monday and Saturday 9 am‑1 pm).
