Overview

Field Care Supervisor

Our client is looking for a proactive, caring, and confident Field Care Supervisor to join their friendly team. You’ll help ensure our clients receive outstanding, person-centred care that enables them to live independently at home.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct QA and Service Review calls, client visits, and care plan reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Care Professionals.
  • Support, mentor, and supervise Care Professionals.
  • Carry out compliance and audit checks, maintaining accurate client records.
  • Solve problems quickly and professionally while upholding care quality.
  • Participate in a shared on-call rota (1–2 evenings per week, including weekends / bank holidays).
About You
  • Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Positive, caring, and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and care governance.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
  • Sales-minded, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
