A leading home care provider is looking for a Field Care Supervisor in Brighton. You will support clients and Care Professionals, ensuring high-quality care is delivered. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work with the UK’s No. 1 Home Care Provider.

The Field Care Supervisor will support Clients with their care and Care Professionals with delivering the highest quality of care.

The Field Care Supervisor will support with care consultations, Client quality assurance visits, service reviews. The Field Care Supervisor will update and audit client care plans and assist with digital care planning.

The Field Care Supervisor will conduct Care Professional supervisions and Support visits. The Field Care Supervisor will support and mentor Care Professionals.

The Field Care Supervisor will build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.

Experience in the home care sector is essential.

Key requirements

• Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
• Experience of working with MAR sheets/eMARs and medication in a supervisory role.
• Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
• Must have full driving license and means of transport if required within the territory to visit clients.
• Be organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
