Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years’ industry experience gained within a product manufacturing environment with an emphasis on quality management or product certification.
• Qualified to degree level within a manufacturing or construction related subject.
• Previous experience in product assessment or auditing against standards.
• Knowledge of quality management system auditing practices (ISO 9001).

Responsibilities

• Prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients.
• Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates.
• Maintain overall account responsibility and accountability for nominated accounts.
• Lead assessment teams as required.
• Provide accurate and prompt information to support services.
• Coach colleagues as appropriate.
• Plan/schedule workloads to maximize revenue.
• Responsible for attending any required training.
• Must be willing to go through extensive onboarding.
• Responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned clients.
• Responsible for contacting clients and scheduling visits.
• Responsible for monitoring client accounts to ensure satisfaction.
• Mentoring and coaching new or inexperienced colleagues.
