• Registered pharmacist with experience in substance misuse treatment.
• Minimum two years experience for pharmacists or three for nurses.
• Sound understanding of harm reduction and health promotion.

Responsibilities

• Engage with service users with multiple and/or complex needs.
• Initiate and review prescriptions as part of care.
• Work collaboratively in community settings and partnership hubs.
