Qualifications

• Vocational qualification or evidence of occupational competence at Level 3.
• Experience in delivering Functional Skills or Maths and English curricula.
• Ability to meet and work under tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coaching learners in abilities, skills and behaviours for effective apprenticeships.
• Maintaining accurate off-the-job training records and assessments.
• Involvement of learners in decision-making through forums and surveys.

Skills

Experience of delivering Functional Skills or Maths and English to Level 2

Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure

Resilience and professionalism with challenging behavior

Flexibility and creativity in meeting targets

Education

Level 3 vocational qualification (or evidence of occupational competence)
