Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Fencing Team Leader on behalf of an expanding landscaping and fencing company. This is a permanent job paying up to £34,255.00 a year and comes with a company van, four weeks paid holiday plus all bank holidays, a pension, ongoing training and career progression.

With a depot base close to Junction 2 of the M50 this role suits those living in or around Ledbury (6 Miles), Malvern (10 Miles), Tewkesbury (10 Miles), Pershore (20 Miles) or Ross-on-Wye (15 Miles).

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for and working alongside a small team of fencers.
  • Installing timber, palisade and various metal fencing, hoarding and pedestrian gates.
  • Responsible for completing weekly van checks.
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to their high standards.
  • Responsible for checking tools, overseeing team sign-ins and ensuring any necessary permits are secured.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years fencing experience.
  • Team leading experience.
  • To enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.
  • Ideally your CSCS card.
  • Experience of fencing on new build housing sites.
  • A driving licence.
