A leading support organization in Long Eaton is seeking passionate female Support Workers to join their incredible team. In this part-time role, you will make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities by providing physical and emotional support. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, personal care, and medication. Ideal candidates will possess strong relationship-building skills, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others. A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care is required, or willingness to pursue one.
As a Support Worker, you will make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their lives.
Our supported living service houses individuals requiring support with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and communication difficulties. We need Support Workers to provide the physical and emotional support that our people need every day. This includes assistance with personal care, medication, finances, activities and everything else to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
Part‑time: 23 hours
Due to the nature of this service, we are looking for female only applicants. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
