A community support organization is seeking female Support Workers in New Forest to provide person-centered support to vulnerable individuals. Responsibilities include enabling clients, personal care, and engaging in community activities. Female Support Worker - Enablement New Forest
Roles available in Hythe, Totton, Lymington, New Milton, Ringwood, Fordingbridge and surrounding areas
Salary: £12.34 per hour (Mon - Fri) to £15.43 per hour (Sat & Sun) - £25,664 Per Annum FTE
Mileage paid at 45p per mile up to 10,000 miles and paid at 25p per mile thereafter as per HMRC guidelines
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time and Part Time Hours can be considered

Must have a driving license and access to a car for work use

The ideal Support Worker will:
The role of the Support Partner is to provide excellent and flexible person centred support across Hampshire in line with YOU’s values at all times. The role is multi-faceted role and includes time limited enablement support to help someone learn a new skill in their own home or the community; community based support where small groups of people will be supported to access volunteering, occupational, social and leisure activities; homecare where individuals could be supported with personal care, housing support, budgeting, social and daily living activities and emotional support.
