A community support organization is looking for an Outreach Support Worker based in Crewe, UK. This full-time role involves providing tailored support to individuals in their homes and facilitating their engagement in social activities. Applicants must have a full UK driving license, a car, and a passion for helping vulnerable individuals. Flexibility in working hours is crucial as travel between various locations is essential to provide adequate support. The role prioritizes women applicants due to the nature of the work.

To add to their existing team of amazing and dedicated staff, they are seeking to recruit Outreach Support Workers in Cheshire.
For this role, you will be part of their outreach team, travelling to the homes of the people they support to assist them in their daily routines. You will assist with day to day tasks such as cleaning, cooking and shopping. Provide assistance out in the community to engage in social activities or work placements. Such as, going out for evening meals, bowling, shopping or meeting up with family and friends. Some of the people they support live at home with their families and some live independently, but your time and engagement helps them to thrive.

You must be flexible.
Being part of their Outreach teams means travel is essential. You will be required to travel between the areas of Sandbach, Alsager, Crewe, Congleton and Nantwich. You may also be required to travel to different areas for different services in the same working day.
You will impress us with your creative support and ability to work on your own initiative. You’re passionate and motivated to help vulnerable people to make positive and lasting changes to their lives. You’re flexible; both in the way you work but also in the days and hours you will work.
You must hold a full UK manual driving licence for this role.
