Location:
We are currently recruiting female Support Workers to work with clients in the following areas of Solihull and surrounding postcodes: Bickenhill (B92), Meriden (CV7), Knowle (B93), Lyndon (B92), Elmdon (B92), Olton (B92), Silhill (B91), St Alphege (B91), Shirley East/West/South (B90), Blythe (B90), Dorridge (B93), Chelmsley Wood (B37), Allesley (CV7).

Pay:

£12.50 - £13.00 per hour
Mileage paid (drivers only)

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care including dressing, bathing, grooming.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Support with medication as per care plans.
  • Help prepare meals and assist with feeding.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Keep accurate daily records of care provided.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment in clients’ homes.
  • Liaise with families and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols.

Schedule:

  • 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available
  • Monday to Friday
  • Alternate Weekends, Every weekend or Weekends only available
  • Flexible rotas to suit your lifestyle
