Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident in Excel, with good numeracy and data checking ability.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred; agricultural experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer annual cropping contracts and licences.
  • Issue crop declarations, monitor responses, and maintain accurate spreadsheets.
  • Collect contractor and grower insurance certificates and maintain compliance records.
  • Support supplier onboarding and raise purchase orders.
  • Assist with harvest preparation, including weighbridge and grower portal systems.
  • Validate and collate harvest data and support reporting.
  • Update field maps and manage field, grower, and contract information.
  • Support ordering and recording of rented land inputs such as seed, fertiliser, and sprays.
  • Assist with sustainability reporting, digestate tracking, and internal data summaries.

Feedstock Administrator – Home-based (Stamford/Grantham) – Up to £30,000 + Bonus

The Job

A leading UK renewable energy operator is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Feedstock Administrator to join their Feedstock Team. This role is key to ensuring smooth feedstock procurement, contract administration, supplier onboarding, and harvest preparation. You will manage data, documentation, and communications between growers, contractors, and internal teams to support the efficient running of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and administer annual cropping contracts and licences
  • Issue crop declarations, monitor responses, and maintain accurate spreadsheets
  • Collect contractor and grower insurance certificates and maintain compliance records
  • Support supplier onboarding and raise purchase orders
