A progressive farming business in Herefordshire is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee arable and root crop production. The successful candidate will manage cropping programmes and a team, ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting sustainable practices. This is a full-time position with a salary of £45K+ and opportunities for professional development.
