The successful candidate will manage a caseload of complex matters involving divorce financial remedies private law children issues and TOLATA claims. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce financial settlements and private children cases.
  • Provide clear empathetic and professional legal advice to clients.

  • Contribute to strategic case planning and client care excellence.
  • Supervise or mentor junior team members where required.

Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 4 years PQE in family law.
  • Strong background in divorce and financial remedy cases with experience in private law children matters.
  • Member of Resolution (essential); additional specialist accreditation is an advantage.
  • Excellent client care skills and sound judgement in complex or sensitive matters.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Required Education

  • Passing the two stages of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE1 and SQE2)

  • Meeting the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) character and suitability requirements
