A modern law firm in North West London is seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join its expanding Family Department. This role offers a varied caseload that includes Domestic Violence files and a chance to develop within a supportive team. Qualifications

  • Strong academic background in law with a 2:1 or LPC commendation.
  • Previous experience in publicly funded Family Law.

This award-winning, modern law firm is expanding the Family Department and seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join the team!

The role:
  • You will benefit from an existing, varied caseload
  • Typical matters will include Domestic Violence files and non‑molestation orders amongst others
  • Other duties will include but are not limited to: attending client meetings, supporting qualified staff, managing your own files, drafting and preparing documents, liaising with the LAA and using the CCMS.
About You:
  • Experienced Family Paralegals with a strong academic background (2:1 LLB and LPC commendation or better)
  • Previous experience and commitment to publicly funded Family Law
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills, with a strong client care ethos
