Job Title: Family Law Solicitor

Location: Enfield

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 DOE (reviewed after 3 months and annually thereafter)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, office-based (no hybrid working)

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly recommended law firm in Enfield who are seeking a talented and driven Family Law Solicitor to join their team.

The Role:

You’ll join a friendly, collaborative, and ambitious team where professional growth is encouraged. Working alongside experienced solicitors, you’ll manage a varied caseload of Family matters from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of Family Law matters including:
    • Divorce and finances
    • Private children law
    • TOLATA
    • Family Law Act proceedings
    • Pre and post-nuptial agreements
    • Separation and cohabitation agreements
  • Deliver high-quality legal advice and representation
  • Work closely with clients, maintaining excellent service standards

  • Proven experience in Family Law (minimum 3 years post-qualification)
  • Strong technical knowledge across the above areas

The Offer:
  • Salary between £40,000 and £45,000 depending on experience
  • Salary review after 3 months and annually thereafter
