A reputable legal firm in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join their Family Law team as a Partner. Overview

Opportunity to join one of the most well-respected family law departments in the UK and work as part of a Legal 500 firm that has forged a stellar reputation dealing with high-net-worth and high-profile clients. This opportunity is to take on a senior role as a Partner within the Family Law team. This role can offer you:

You will be joining a small team, but with scope to increase headcount and add to the existing client base. The position will be based in their Liverpool city centre office, with an extremely flexible and generous hybrid working policy.

Responsibilities
  • As a Partner, work with the existing management team and ensure that team KPI's are achieved, new processes are implemented, recruitment is dealt with, and client targets are achieved.
  • Join a small team with scope to increase headcount and grow the client base.
  • Contribute to business management and help the department grow, while working with current colleagues and clients to improve processes.
  • Handle a variety of predominantly privately funded matters, including Divorce, Financial remedy, Domestic violence, Children law / Children Act applications, Emergency applications and orders, with particular emphasis on Special Guardianship matters.
  • Work highlights will include dealing with complex matters on behalf of high-net-worth individuals.
Qualifications
  • Ideally a Senior Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' PQE.
  • Experience at Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate level.
  • Experience of working on complex matters for high-net-worth individuals is essential.
Remuneration & Additional Information
  • Salary based on PQE, likely starting at £80,000 plus Partner Benefits Scheme.
  • Based in Liverpool city centre with a flexible hybrid working policy.
