A community support organization in the UK is seeking individuals to provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with clients. The role requires a minimum NVQ4 Advice and Guidance qualification and the ability to facilitate activities for children. There may be ad-hoc cover required on a weekend so flexibility will be required.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service and build sustaining relationships with service users, customers and other agencies. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, planning and organising ability, and facilitate play and activities for children of different ages. Use IT systems effectively.
