A well-established legal firm in Lancashire is seeking a family solicitor to join a supportive team focused on children's law, care proceedings, and domestic abuse work. The role offers flexible working with 4 days WFH after induction, along with competitive salary and clear progression pathways. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years PQE or relevant NQ experience, strong understanding of family law, and good advocacy skills.

Whether you want to focus on private children matters, care proceedings or take on a mixed caseload including divorce and finance, the structure is in place to shape the role around your strengths.
Ideally 3+ PQE, but NQs will be considered with relevant experience. Strong understanding of legal aid and family law procedures. Comfortable with advocacy, or keen to develop in this area. Emotionally intelligent and composed when dealing with sensitive matters. Team player with resilience, drive and a sense of humour.
