Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of the Maths faculty, raising standards and securing excellent outcomes for all learners.
• Inspire, coach and support staff to deliver high‑quality teaching and an engaging, ambitious curriculum.
• Drive innovation across the department, using data and evidence‑informed practice to enhance progress.
• Work as part of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to whole‑school initiatives and improvement priorities.
• Champion a positive learning culture and uphold high expectations for students and staff.
• Support the continued growth of the school as pupil numbers increase year on year.
