Factory Worker Formwork and Beam Preparation

Job Description: We are seeking motivated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our team. The role involves cleaning, maintaining, and preparing formwork and beams to support production operations. Successful candidates will work with a variety of hand and power tools, carry out basic repairs, and ensure all materials are ready for use. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, and prepare formwork and beams using hand and power tools (including hammers, grinders, drills, and rivet guns).
• Reboard beams and formwork to ensure they meet operational standards.
• Count, record, and organize stock accurately.
• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Assist team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with tools such as hammers, grinders, drills, and rivet guns is highly desirable.

Hours of Work

• Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm
• Friday 7am - 12.15pm
