A staffing agency is currently recruiting Factory Operatives for a manufacturing client in Lichfield. The role requires motivated individuals with previous factory experience and hand tool usage. Factory Operatives - Lichfield

£12.21 per hour | Monday to Friday | Temp to Perm Opportunity

JAM Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting Factory Operatives on behalf of our well-established manufacturing client based in Lichfield.

We're looking for motivated individuals with previous manufacturing or factory experience. Experience using hand tools is essential, and full training will be provided for suitable applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Use of various hand tools, including nail guns
• Quality inspection of finished products
• Machine operating
• Loading and unloading panels (some physical work involved)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 17:00

Pay Rate

£12.21 per hour

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent contract after 13 weeks for the right candidate.
