Factory Operatives - Chilled Butchery & Packing Department

Location: Gainsborough

Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour

Overtime: £18.38 per hour (after 40 hours)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 5:00pm

We're recruiting on behalf of our client based in Gainsborough, who are looking for Factory Operatives to join their chilled butchery and packing departments.

About the Roles

Butchery Department

You’ll assist with the trimming of chicken breasts, removing excess skin and bone. Training and development opportunities are available within this department, with the chance to increase your pay as you gain new skills.

Packing Department

You’ll be responsible for packing 10kg boxes of chicken, folding blue plastic liners, placing lids, and running products through a metal detector and auto‑strapping line.
