A local council in Scotland is seeking a professional to provide customer service, manage cleaning, security, and minor maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-focused environment, strong administrative, communication, and IT skills. Additionally, membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is essential. This role offers a salary range of £26,532 - £27,571 per year (pro rata) with various employee benefits, including annual leave and professional development opportunities.

Based within one of our establishments below, you will deliver a service which meets the needs of our customers and service users.
Main duties include dealing with members of the public, building control and security, cleaning and minor maintenance. In order to succeed in this role you will have experience of working in a customer focused environment and in dealing with members of the public.
It is also essential that you have good administrative, communication skills and IT skills. Experience of working in a facilities management environment, undertaking security check, cleaning duties and minor repairs and maintenance would be advantageous.
Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme membership is required prior to commencing.
Post 1: Old Monkland Primary School
Monday - Friday: 16:00pm - 20:00pm
Post 2: Riverbank Primary School
Week One: Monday - Thursday: 16:00pm - 21:00pm
Week Two: Friday: 16:00pm - 21:00pm, Saturday: 08:00am - 16:00pm, Sunday: 09:00am - 16:00pm
