Job summary

A leading facilities management provider in the UK is seeking a Mobile Soft Services Supervisor to lead operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising soft services, strong team management skills, and a proactive approach to customer care. This role offers a salary of up to £16.50 per hour with a Monday to Friday working pattern, and a full UK driving license is mandatory.

Overview

Mobile Soft Services Supervisor – South
Salary: Up to £16.50 per hour (DOE)
Location: South of the UK. Candidate home location in Milton Keynes
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday role. No weekends!

Responsibilities
  • Leading from the front, ensuring the safe and smooth running of daily operations.
  • Building strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders, you’ll be the go-to point of contact.
  • Driving standards overseeing compliance, audits, payroll, and recruitment across multiple sites.
  • Championing best practice, making sure we always deliver excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Managing resources, from uniforms to consumables, you’ll keep everything running like clockwork.
  • Regular travel to sites adding variety to your week with hands-on involvement.
About You
  • Experienced in supervising or coordinating within soft services (cleaning experience is essential).
  • Skilled at managing teams and motivating people to deliver their best.
  • Confident, organised, and detail-focused – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Strong communicator with a passion for customer care.
  • Flexible and mobile – a full UK driving licence is a must.
