A leading facilities management company in the UK is seeking a Facilities Manager responsible for overseeing the client property, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining exceptional service for clients. The role includes managing budgets, supervising staff and subcontractors, and developing client relationships. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills, all while working to enhance service quality. Qualifications

  • Formal relevant C&G or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous supervisory experience in client environments, including management of personnel.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • IT literate with experience in industry-specific applications.
  • High knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships ensuring high service standards.
  • Prepare and control the service agreement according to budget.
  • Monitor performance indicators and maintain standards across buildings.
  • Liaise with service providers and manage onsite operations.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance for third-party services.
