A local government organization in Birmingham is seeking a Facilities Management Senior Assistant to support operations at the Library of Birmingham. Responsibilities include general repairs, responding to FM Helpdesk requests, and providing portering services. The ideal candidate should possess handyman skills, awareness of health and safety, and be flexible in work hours. This role offers a permanent contract with a part-time schedule of 18.25 hours per week.

To support the Facilities & Systems Management Team ensuring that the Library of Birmingham premises operate safely and smoothly.
