Facilities Coordinator

Location: Great Sankey, Warrington

Pay: £17.45 PAYE Umbrella (equivalent to £24,500 per year)

Hours: 40 hours a week

Start Date: Monday, December 1st

We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join one of the UK’s leading facilities management firms in Great Sankey at Warrington. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational delivery of all facility management services for the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upon receiving the client request, create the Quote Work in the in‑house system.
  • Follow up on the compliance quotes submitted by maintenance suppliers for client approval.
  • Liaise with the in‑house operation team, suppliers & the client to gather necessary information and clarify requirements for accurate quote preparation.
  • Issue quotations to the client through the in‑house system, answer client queries & follow up on purchase orders from the client.
  • Track the status of quotes and follow up with the client and internal team to ensure timely responses and approvals.
Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented administrator or coordinator who has excellent communication and client‑facing skills. The ideal candidate will be well‑organised and experienced working in a corporate environment, dealing with queries, quotes and issuing purchase orders. Previous experience with a large FM is preferred but not essential.
