Are you a Contract Manager working in the Commercial FM / Engineering maintenance industry looking for a new exciting role within the Wiltshire area?
This role will be based in the Melksham office and ideally live within the Wiltshire county.
This National Facilities Services company are recruiting for a Contract Manager to run a portfolio of Commercial Office Contracts across Wiltshire.
As Contract Manager you will manage a team of Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers, Electricians, Commercial Gas Engineers, Carpenters, Plumbers that cover the planned and reactive maintenance to the buildings.
You will also have a focus on the customer service side of the contracts within the portfolio, ensuring the customers are happy with service delivery and also aware of any small / minor works projects that may be required to maximise energy efficiency within the building.
Therefore you will also need to have good client facing skills as part of this role will be to develop existing clients.
Salary GBP45-55k negotiable for the right candidate plus car allowance
