A dynamic coordination role at an organisation is available in Abingdon. The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination for the STEP Programme, providing high-quality administrative support. Responsibilities include managing diaries, organising meetings, and liaising with the Internal Communications team. Essential qualifications include GCSEs in English and Mathematics and demonstrable administrative experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to foster inclusion and contribute to an impactful programme.
This is a varied and dynamic position where you will act as a central point of coordination for the STEP Programme. Your responsibilities will include:
Professional Development and Collaboration: Actively engage with APM and other relevant external bodies as part of continuous development. Support the wider STEP PPM community via active contributions at STEP meetings and events, contributions at Community of Practice or conferences etc.

This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions. Whilst not required at this time, there is a possibility of an SC Clearance being required in the future. If a candidate already holds an SC clearance, that clearance can be transferred to UKIFS.
