Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or business support role, ideally within a facilities management or similar operational environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive information.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of employee and contractor security clearance applications.
  • Coordinate, attend, and minute SLT and departmental meetings.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and staff engagement activities.
  • Manage the company’s absence and holiday management system.
  • Provide general administrative support across the business.
