Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a highly skilled Fabrication Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Wakefield. This is a permanent role leading a small team while remaining hands‑on with fabrication and welding work.

This role would suit an experienced welder who also has strong leadership skills and a confident approach to managing people and production processes.

As Fabrication Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating the production team to meet output and quality targets
• Carrying out fabrication and welding tasks to a high standard
