Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Hours: 40 per week

About the Role

We're seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider delivering exceptional service to a high-profile retail client across the Swansea area. You'll handle a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks, using your technical expertise to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do
  • Carry out reactive and remedial maintenance across client sites.
  • Diagnose issues, source materials, and liaise with technical support when needed.
  • Provide detailed job reports and updates via PDA or digital tools.
  • Maintain compliance with H&S and contract requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Participate in an on-call rota as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Trade qualification: C&G or NVQ Level 2/3.
  • Experience: 3+ years in building maintenance (fabric, plumbing, tiling, or groundworks).
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
  • Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
  • Fire Door (FDIS), Fire Compartmentation experience, IOSH/CSCS, Asbestos Awareness (UKATA), and PDA system experience.
