The school is seeking an outstanding and inspirational educator to support and join their current team of 2 EYFS NQTs. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in our fast-growing, innovative school. Ideally, they are looking for a teacher with prior experience and knowledge of the UK National Curriculum; however, this is desirable and not essential. There will be joint planning with the rest of the EYFS team.

The successful candidate will be a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ primary teacher. They must be driven to maintain the high standards of the children’s learning. You will have proven experience within an Early Years setting. You will be able to provide a safe, rich, stimulating environment that will enhance and develop children’s learning. You will set high expectations across all aspects of your work, which will allow the children to make excellent progress.

They are able to consider NQT applications and overseas-trained teachers with QTS; however, someone with experience is desired.

The school offers Learning Support Assistants in every classroom. It also offers CPD to all staff and is dedicated to providing you with all the right tools to develop your skills as a teacher and help you provide the best education to the children possible.

This is a welcoming school, and the children are a joy to teach. Staff work closely together to provide the best possible learning opportunities and are proud of their school. This is a great opportunity for any EYFS teacher to work in a well-established school with modern facilities and a great working atmosphere. Children enjoy coming to this school, and the school has a high staff retention rate too. Behaviour management is not a problem within the school.
